I am disappointed in my TrueCar buying experience at Beck and Masten South. My expectation was to have an expedited process based on my online inquiry and follow up appointment to view the vehicle. After an hour and half wait to speak with the salesperson, I had to deal with a back and forth between a junior salesman and the official contact. I felt that I was not valued as a customer and my time was not respected. The TrueCar process provides a description of the vehicle along with photos and CarFax vehicle history and price. In response to my online inquiry, additional savings are indicated. We never discussed this option. I did not finance or trade in my existing vehicle because I felt the interest rate and trade in value was not competitive. I did purchase the Porsche and financed with my Bank with a very attractive rate under 2.5% and sold my existing vehicle to CarMax. Unlike my experience here, CarMax inspected my existing vehicles it gout and appointment within an hour and sent me a purchase offer by email in under 2 hours. I am satisfied with the quality of the pre-owned, low mileage vehicle that I purchased. My experience could have been better. More
