Worst service experience ever. I have a service plan with the dealership so my oil changes are covered. I had a 9:00 am appointment, at 11:00 am my car wasn’t even touched. So afte I have a service plan with the dealership so my oil changes are covered. I had a 9:00 am appointment, at 11:00 am my car wasn’t even touched. So after it taking more than 20 minutes to che k me in, and then being Che led in by someone other than my “advisor” they failed to rotate my tires as requested nor did they check my tire for a leak. They then charged me for my oil change. I could have gone to Take 5 oil and paid the same thing and been in and out in 30 minutes. He offered to call about my service plan, yet t I saw what the previous customer went through. Wishing I hadn’t purchased the service plan so I could have the freedom to go elsewhere. More

This is a company, Beck and Masten that specialize in nickel and dime employees. It’s more about the owners of this company and how it’s structured. This is a company, Beck and Masten that specialize in nickel and dime their customers to death. They have fees on top of fees for everything that they do for you, $208 labor fee per hour for any work done plus $33 shop fee on top of that. When you ask what something will cost for labor they quote you $200 an hour they never tell you it’s really $208 per hour plus there’s a $33 shop fee and other fees they decide to tack on that day to maximize profit they are dishonest and not good people and I don’t recommend anybody buy from them they don’t have loaner cars and they false advertise cars they don’t have and false advertise prices just to get you in there. They will try to get you to come back at night and sell you a car in the dark. These people are dishonest crooks who will bleed you dry! “BEWARE!” The BBB BETER BUSINESS BUREAU have received lots of complaints from Beck and Masten check for yourself. They are not accredited by the BBB, Beck and Masten has a “F” Rating at the BBB. That’s all the proof you need! More
