Duped by snake oil saleman. The truth is, all you have to do is open the glove compartment on the Buick Enclave and show it. I knew I made a mistake by saying yes to your sale pitch, there is no way it cost $150 for just changing engine air filter and cabin air filter, but I was tired, and didnt think straight. What I should have done was to purchase your cabin air filter, walk over and put it in myself. Everyone make mistakes, but I am not going to repeat mine. I will take all my services, recalls, and future purchases of vehicle to other dealers. You guys should know that honest customer service, trust, and low price beat any new fancy building. More

I purchased a "bumper to bumper" extended warranty only to find that multiple items/issues are "excluded". My fault I guess for trusting the dealership and not ready the paperwork line by lin warranty only to find that multiple items/issues are "excluded". My fault I guess for trusting the dealership and not ready the paperwork line by line. But this is garbage! When a dealer rep tells you BUMPER TO BUMPER i took that to mean bumper to bumper. I have taken the Sierra back twice for a rattle and a check engine light on. The Service Rep told me it was not covered even though they knew what the issue was and "numerous" customer had had the same exact issue (Sounds like a design defect), wasn't covered by the BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty and they would charge me $500 to fix. After I declined the CSR told me to take it to a muffler shop and they would only charge me $200! (Sounds like gouging). The check engine light was diagnosed as the EGR was bad. AGAIN it wasn't covered by the BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty and would cost $650 to fix even though it was electrical and engine related. I took it to a mechanic and only $200 to fix. (Really sounds like price gouging) SENSE A PATTERN!!!! I was also talked into purchasing the alarm because B&M "really stood behind their sale!" I took it in cause the door actuators would not lock when placed into drive - fixed, took it in a few months later cause the passenger side actuator would not engage when the alarm was set REFIXED, took it in a few months later when the drivers side would not engage when the alarm was set RE_RE_FIXED, took it in a few months later when the both sides would not engage RE_RE_RE_FIXED, until just today when the passenger side will not actuate and "GOSH, it's out of warranty and we'll have to charge you"!! I WILL NEVER, REPEAT, NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM BECK & MASTEN AGAIN!!!!!!!! More
We had to replace a mirror on the passangers side called and said we would have to pay before it was ordered, so we called Rosie and she ordered the mirror and when it came in she called and we set up when and said we would have to pay before it was ordered, so we called Rosie and she ordered the mirror and when it came in she called and we set up when we would come, and Rosie already had the papers filled out for us. Everytime we go she always helps, and she is a very effecient, and very pleasant to helping what ever the reason. More

I have a Saturn Sky, when something goes wrong with it I always take it to Beck and Masten. Steve Sherman is such a wonderful person. He is very helpful and great with getting me and out. Beck and Masten is the only place I will ever go to when I need service. If they had had what I was looking for in a Sky I would have bought my vechile from them.
