I have a Saturn Sky, when something goes wrong with it I always take it to Beck and Masten. Steve Sherman is such a wonderful person. He is very helpful and great with getting me and out. Linda is awesome. I purchased a 2012 Lacrosse in May. Linda sold me a couple of after market products (Paint sealer and Leather treatment) at the time of my new car purchase. Yesterday, I thought I had an issue with the paint sealer so I bought the car in for possible warrantied work. Turned out it was not an issue with the paint sealer but Linda had the problem corrected anyway. Also cleaned up the leather treatment and pointed out some other care issues with my seats that I needed to be aware of. It is always a pleasure to do business with people who stand by their products the way the folks a Beck and Masten Buick does. Thanks More

I've got to thank my service advisor Lee Velazquez, he has been there with a smile since October 2006, the same year I purchase the Yukon(John Collins the saleman at that time). Any problems with my vehicle Beck and Masten Service Department Lee Velazquez is the one I call. Understandably they can't perform miracles but they sure do their best to get the issue resolve and back in working order. If you can't wait on your vehicle they have a shuttle and of course the car rental provider. They have a waiting area with free Wifi which is really cool if you have some sort of business to do on your laptop. I even brought over my dad so he could get his Sierra service there and last year my sister purchase a Terrain from them as well. Had a water pump replaced, they mixed dexcool with the green antifreeze in the car, and it clogged the radiator, and overheated the engine, then told me for $1300 they would replace the obstructed radiato green antifreeze in the car, and it clogged the radiator, and overheated the engine, then told me for $1300 they would replace the obstructed radiator. And for $2400 they would replace the warped head and head gasket. Independent mechanic, flushed out (twice), to remove dexcool sludge from radiator, and checked engine and found no damage,(lucky for me). More
Let me first start off with some advice. NEVER take your vehicle to this collision center. It took 2 weeks and 2 days to finally get my truck fixed(door lock repair and door dent repair) then when I go to p vehicle to this collision center. Fred is a very shady individual and completely denied that his guys did the scratching even after looking at the adjuster's pictures taken prior to repairs. More
We have 2 GMC vehicles that come in for regular maintenance & oil changes and when other minor boo boo's happen. My husband does not have time to deal with these kinds of daily nonsenses. So, I get to learn more about the innards of a car than I ever needed to know. Every single person that works there is outstandingly accomidating, professional AND HAPPY TO BE there! They don't turn over their people, so you have the same great people each time you are there. They take the time to explain everythying they are doing, why they need to do something a particular way and how much it will cost....and then the do it and it's done and you don't have to worry about a thing. They don't tell you what you should have done or why someone else messed it up or why did you let it get to be this bad???? You get "Yes, Mrs. Smith, we will take care of that for you, no problem." It's no worries at Beck & Masten. They can do it all........ More
I brought a TSB that specifically stated the problem with my older model car, they told me it was something different (and MUCH cheaper). I fixed it and got a brake job since I thought I was actually saving my older model car, they told me it was something different (and MUCH cheaper). I fixed it and got a brake job since I thought I was actually saving money, then it broke AGAIN less than 30 days later, brought it back and NOW they claim it's the expensive (over one thousand dollars) problem listed in the TSB. They hooked me with the cheaper repair so I would spend money on a vehicle not worth repairing, had they told me the true nature of the problem, I would have purchased another vehicle rather than waste money on the old one. The manager is NEVER available in person or on the phone, and does not return calls - he has the employee call you back and tell you what he said. They aren't members of the Houston BBB and have an UNSATISFACTORY rating. They responded with a 10% discount and said I was "not cordial" to their manager, whom I have never even spoken to. I ended up getting a one-year-old vehicle from a decent dealership instead. More
