Customer service gets worse everytime I come for service. For my oil changes, they left trash in my car. Next time I asked for a reminder sticker and they threw it on there with a random number. If I would have came back when that sticker said, my engine would've been in trouble. This last time, oil change was about 65 to 69 dollars. With "Tax" the guy told me 85 to 89 dollars ! I said that's some tax ! He said yup. I looked for a qpon and he didn't want to do it. He said Mr. Avila had to handle it. I said ok. Then the young man said, You really gonna wait for $25 ? I said uh yeah. 😐 After 10mins. He said come here. And took it off. I looked at my receipt and it was 57.42 ???? I just left. I told him myself that customer service was getting worse. He said Whaatt??? I said I won't be back. And he said it again. More

My advisor’s name was not on ticket, so he got no updates. On day 3 I finally called and was told car was ready. Car came out very dirty, took it back to wash by my request. Left and saw dash stic updates. On day 3 I finally called and was told car was ready. Car came out very dirty, took it back to wash by my request. Left and saw dash sticker not updated, car computer not updated. Called and they suggested I come back. Spent 45 min in waiting room to be told work was in fact actually done, and could leave now that sticker and computer were updated. Advisor walked me to car, motor oil residue and drips were all over driver side door so he went to get a rag. He came back out and I had found 5 other places on doors and windows that motor oil had come from mechanic gloves and leaked across my car doors and windows. He wiped down and I left. That was my experience. More
Service advisor was great, had an appointment with them in the am and still 2.5 hours just for an oil change. And when I get the auto back the oil meter was never updated and had oil stains all over my pa in the am and still 2.5 hours just for an oil change. And when I get the auto back the oil meter was never updated and had oil stains all over my panel. The only reason I am going to this dealer is because I have a warranty for so many oil changes. If was not because of this I would use some one else. I have had this discuss with the dealership before, you can sell all the cars you want but if you don’t have a service team to back up the dealership. Then you will never get repeat customers or great referrals. So please get this issue fix More
