Their service dept car wash damaged the paint job on my gmc Yukon xl. When asked about it they berated and were rude to us . This guy named Joe actually blamed gmc and said their bad paint job caused the p gmc Yukon xl. When asked about it they berated and were rude to us . This guy named Joe actually blamed gmc and said their bad paint job caused the paint checking. Not so. These are scuff marks and scratches in linear and circular fashion. Lee admonished me by flatly saying pay 1000 dollars and we will fix ur paint and our car wash did not cause the damage . They damage my vehicle and I have to pay for it ?? Wow. I want to give them a zero but that was not an option More

Good work, but I really get tired of you trying to sell up to me. Service recommend throttle bottle cleaning, which cost less than $20 for product, and easy to do. Wanted to charge me $160 to do. Also recommended a front-end alignment, which was based on mileage, and not on that the alignment was actually out..another $150 expense. Stop recommending work or service which isn’t required. Lee acted like he was doing me a favor by having the tech look at the problem and not charging for the troubleshooting. My problem still exists. More
