I’ve been a loyal Beck & Masten for five years. The last two experience with have been terrible. For starters, the last time I came in for an oil change it took 5 hours. I scheduled an early mo The last two experience with have been terrible. For starters, the last time I came in for an oil change it took 5 hours. I scheduled an early morning appointment to hopefully be in and out. The mechanic was being sloppy and damaged my truck trying to get my truck in the stall. I witness the mechanic damage my truck, while assessing the damage he acted as nothing happened and hurried off. Talked to the Service representative and was affirmed the situation would be taken care of. I had to routinely call to make sure the issue was resolved. Recently, I brought my truck in for a transmission issue. I was told that the diagnostician would be in at 1pm and I’d have an answer by the end of the day. However, when I called to check the status of my vehicle I was then told it would be two weeks. After a week & a half I finally get a call telling me I needed a new transmission. My truck ends up being at Beck & Masten for 2 months. During that time, I had to routinely call GMC customer service support, Beck & Masten service supervisors just to find out the details of my transmission issue due to the service representative I was assigned to never returned my numerous voicemails/phone calls. Not once was I offered a loaner or a rental. For me to only pay the deductible informs me that it was a factory issue or my vehicle was under warranty. To wrap it all up, as I go to pick up my vehicle, the delivery specialist left trash in my vehicle is still giving me issues. Terrible experience. More

The Service Manager; Kara saved this dealership from getting a low rating. Ms. Kara has outstanding customer service skills! She was knowledgeable, kind (I felt welcomed and important)and professional. getting a low rating. Ms. Kara has outstanding customer service skills! She was knowledgeable, kind (I felt welcomed and important)and professional. Also, Service rep; Chris was very patient and informative. However, Service rep; Wesley was disappointing because I felt unwelcomed and rushed by his customer service. Overall, I have been coming to this dealership for my service needs for 4 years and since the change in ownership, I have noticed the difference in the quality of workmanship and customer service being disappointing. Please keep and hire more employees like Ms. Kara and Chris. They are an asset to the dealership. I will only return if Ms. Kara and Chris are still there. More
