Fair, friendly, and fast. I reached out about a specific vehicle and they confirmed it was there. Told James when I would be there and he said he would have it out front. I showed up it was right there in the front row running and ready to test drive. We talked numbers and PJ the sales manager got involved until we came to a mutually agreed upon deal.
