The paperwork was easy but a little slow. Tony was amazing and helpful. Juan the tech who filled up the truck crashed the truck before we had even finished the paperwork. Although we knew what car we wanted, our sales rep wasn’t very informative about the car. Seemed like he was more worried about making a sale then trying to sell us on the car. After he handed us the keys he took off to the next customer, didn’t even congratulate us or anything l, Not even walk us to our new car. I’m sure this is not the kind of behavior you’d expect and on top of that , he was trying to help us out and a couple other customers. Meanwhile there were other people available who could have helped which made out wait time longer. More
