I’ve bought many cars from dealerships in my lifetime and it’s always a source of anxiety, mostly because of the hard sell, lack of actual knowledge of the vehicle their selling me and the negotiation proces it’s always a source of anxiety, mostly because of the hard sell, lack of actual knowledge of the vehicle their selling me and the negotiation process. This was the first dealership and sales person I’ve had experience that I felt none of the bad and all of how it should be. Gabby was a pro from start to finish. She made the process actually enjoyable. I never felt pressured and at the end of the process felt good about the price on the truck I bought and felt the truck I was trading in was given a fair value. Every dealership should follow these guys as the way to run their own ship. I would recommend Gabby to anyone for their sales process and Beaverton Toyota as whole. In a day where it feels like you’re always being sold, I highly appreciated that Gabby and Beaverton Toyota always mad me feel like they wanted to get it right, not just sell a vehicle. Edit: I was contacted and offered a full refund for the axle that I'd had to replace. I was happy with that contact and the fact that the issue was finally made right, which is why I have chosen to increas axle that I'd had to replace. I still feel the general manager and sales manager Mati should take a course on business law and customer service if he is going to continue to be in his current position. I was not advised of the severe from end damage on the car before purchase, which includes damage to CV axle boot, steering rack, and carrier bracket. I called 3 times and no manager was willing to call me back. Eventually, I spoke with Mati, who pretty much said and made me feel as if his current deals were more important that a consumer driving off the lot in an unsafe vehicle. When I was able to being the car back in on the 7th day of my grace period, the repairs were completed. At the time of pick up, the general manager said refuses to provide me a $417.33 refund for the axle is had to pay for just to make the car safe to being back in, stating that he had already put $2800 into a car he did not have to fix. By not advising on the unsafe damage to the front end, it is considered consumer fraud and breaking the Oregon Consumer act law. I had a horrible experience with this general manager. I still feel I am due a refund, as I should have never had to have an axle replaced to begin with. The front end is now driving as it should be instead of pulling hard to the right. I will not ever purchase another used vehicle from this location again. More
