5 hours to get a basic oil change....... Unbelievable...... Really???? When I made the appointment, I told it should take about 90 minutes..... I only found that out my going over the speed bumps. The service writer was polite enough --- but i feel I was shoveled down to the bottom of the pile because I told her I had a ride. I will never make that comment again,,,, if I ever go back to Beaverton Toyota...... I purchased the truck form Beaverton Toyota. No other place has ever worked on the truck. David was amazing throughout the whole process. We were adamant about getting a Tundra with absolutely no chrome. Because of Covid inventory was really low we decided to just order a Tundra. We came in to talk about a 2021 today and to all of our surprise a 2020 Tundra TRD Pro black was on the lot available. We jumped right on it and David was great. We never felt pressured or rushed to do anything. 100% recommended. He introduced everyone who was involved in the process and made us feel comfortable the whole time!
