I'm done. I have had a history of very poor service at Beaverton Toyota. My most recent trip was prompted by a "check engine" light. When I checked in I was told it would probably be about 2 hours. At Beaverton Toyota. My most recent trip was prompted by a "check engine" light. When I checked in I was told it would probably be about 2 hours. At about 2 hours and 20 minutes I went to the customer service person because I had not had an update. It took another 10 minutes for them to tell me there was nothing wrong and they were unsure why the light was on. When I asked "So it took 2 and a half hours to find out nothing was wrong?". They could have plugged into the computer port and known in minutes there was no code in the computer. The good news is that I had time in the waiting area to browse the web and identify another option when it comes to servicing my car. For that I am thankful. More
