This is the most wonderful car buying experience I have ever had. They got a beautiful car for me in the color I wanted. In fact I got everything I asked for. Josh was amazing!! Then they called me and told me I could pick up my new car I expected to be in the dealership for a couple of hours getting the paperwork done but I was out the door and driving my new car in a little over an hour. John Cantwell, the finance manager did not give me a hard sell on options--I picked out just what I wanted! Cathy Low brought me a gift before I left--It was a nice Toyota key ring--So thoughtful. She is setting up my appt for Low Jack and is make special arrangements with me due to my work schedule Richard Kim came out to the car before I left and explained the controls and features to me. So I needed a new one fast! When I walked in to Beaverton Toyota, they had the minivan that I wanted right there on the lot. I didn’t have to wait to get what I wanted. I was able to go for a test drive right away and then it was a done deal. As far as the price negotiation....there were no hidden fees or other nightmares....they were true to their word and explained things to me very clearly before we finished the deal. The sales person we used was so helpful to me and made me feel like I was a priority to him. I was somewhat nervous about buying a car in the beginning, but I could not say anything negative about this purchase process. They made it a very good experience! Thanks guys! More

My family and I are very blessed to have found Beaverton Toyota! We were in need of replacing our old Ford Windstar, and Mo showed us the all new Toyota Sienna. And since the sale he has stayed in touch answering any followup questions I might have and doing little things like picking up my cargo net and installing it for me after the Parts Dept had closed.
