While shopping online for a used Toyota Yaris, we ran across an ad from Beaverton Toyota. They were advertising a certified used Yaris for below the Edmunds True Market Value. We thought there must be something wrong with the car, but the more we looked into the Toyota Certified used car program, the better we felt about making the 3.5 hour drive to check it out. Before driving up to Beaverton, we contacted Cindy and she helped us settle on a price that was even lower than the advertised price. She faxed us a signed agreement and we put a deposit on the car with the understanding that we may still back out of the sale if we did not like the car once we saw it. When we arrived, John Golden had the car parked right by the front door and ready for inspection. The car was in immaculate shape, just as promised. We spent about 30 minutes going over every detail and found the car to be a great deal. John then walked us through all of the paperwork and Certified Toyota program, and we drove away in about 2 hours from the time we arrived. Unlike some dealers, Beaverton Toyota seems to understand that their name stays with their products and services long after all the contracts and checks are signed. They were focused on our satisfaction and not their bottom line, and we would definitely recommend them to our friends. More
I am very happy with Beaverton Toyota. I just moved here from Minnesota and I had to replace my car with a comfortable, small 4X4 SUV. I did all of my research and narrowed it down to the RAV 4, limited, 4X4, V6. My wife and I travel quite a bit, so we wanted comfort and the security of navigation, plus all weather capability. So Melissa and I visited several Toyota Concerns in the Portland area and found those other dealerships to be lacking in inventory or manners. We really had a great relationship with our Toyota shop back in Minnesota, and we miss them. We were fortunate to discover Beaverton Toyota on the internet and we had a great experience. When we arrived, our sales person greeted us at the front door, however we noted that a RAV 4, just like what we wanted, was pulled up to the front parking lot and seemed to be waiting on us. Well, sure enough, he had pulled what would turn into our new car around to the front of the dealership so we would not have to walk that far. I have gout and it makes it very hard for me to walk a far distance, so this was very much appreciated. He was kind enough to take us on a long test drive and allow us to become very familiar with the RAV 4. Melissa and I fell in love with the car, our sales person, and really the way Beaverton Toyota does business. When we got back to the Toyota building, I had expected all of the back and forth games. I was delighted to find a very quick, easy, pressure free purchasing process and that made it all the better. Further, I had the good fortune of meeting their service department staff and feel confident in returning there for my maintenance needs. As I said, I am very happy with Beaverton Toyota, and on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I give them 10! More
I found this dealer to have exactly what I wanted and the sales experience was the best of any vehicle I have ever purchased. Rob was really helpful and a pleasure to work with. From start to finish our sales experience with RJ Neil was outstanding. He answered all our questions, found a Prius for us from another dealer, and arranged delivery. We visited 2 Toyota dealerships in the Beaverton/Hillsboro area and were very disappointed in the overall process of buying a vehicle. Apparently, if you are not buying a brand new vehicle and spending 20K+, Toyota doesn't really care about you. We bought a car 'on special' from Beaverton Toyota and they would not budge one dollar on their price offer. They also do not fill the gas tank on used vehicles, so we spent 18K on a used car with less than half a tank of gas. Who does that? Never in my life have I bought a car with an almost empty tank! AND our car only had the annoying paper mats for floor mats, we asked for new mats to be included in the price and Toyota refused to give us new mats for the car. We were given used mats (which I am grateful for) and luckily they match the interior of the car, but they are dirty and we had to fight for them! I'm sure if we bought a brand new car and spent thousand more, we would have been given the royal treatment, but we were just lowly used car buyers. If I wasn't desperate for this car which happened to have every option I desired for my price range, I would have walked out the door without giving them 1 penny. I really don't think they would have cared either way. But you better believe, when it came time for them to offer their GAP and disablity insurance, they sure wanted out business then! They were even willing to drop the price of the disablility insurance so I would purchase it with from them instead of my credit union! Sure....$100 floor mats, they won't budge on the price but of course they will negotiate when they are making a profit off over-priced insurance! RJ Neil, our salesman, was awesome...but I wouldn't recommend Toyota based on my recent experience. More

Customer service was fantastic. RJ was polite, helpful, down to earth, and never pressured me into anything. The whole process took under 3 hours from start to finish and I drove two different cars before down to earth, and never pressured me into anything.
