We were greeted when coming-in, told Greg what we were looking for in either a new or pre-owned vehicle, and he took it from there. We were very thrilled that the sales team came up with an option to help us get out of situation we were in with a truck that was only getting 13mpg. When we decided we would rather try and sell the truck o option to help us get out of situation we were in with a truck that was only getting 13mpg. When we decided we would rather try and sell the truck out right rather than take have negative equity put into our lease option, they said: "Go ahead and take 2 weeks and try to sell the truck on your own, take the car and come back in and we'll do the paperwork." We were astonished. Then when we actually did sell the truck the next day we were so happy that they allowed us to do that. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. This weekend I bought a Scion xB from Beaverton Toyota/Scion, and it was a shockingly positive experience all around. John (the manager) was friendly, polite, and helpful, as was Mo who took care Toyota/Scion, and it was a shockingly positive experience all around. John (the manager) was friendly, polite, and helpful, as was Mo who took care of the final paperwork signing (and he was very good-humored). But the shining star was and is Shaun T., my salesman. I did a lot of research prior to shopping and also was pre-approved for a loan through my credit union, so I knew my price range and what I could afford as a monthly payment. I was convinced I would have to settle for a small car, although I really, really wanted a Scion xB but I thought they were out of my price range. Shaun T. helped me buy the right car in an unexpected way - he was honest, straightforward, and always approached things in terms of helping me get what I wanted and was best for *me*. I can spot BS a mile away and I have a low tolerance for it as well as for pushy salespeople - it's the fastest way to send me packing. I never once had a sense Shaun T. was BSing me about anything, and working with him was so easy and relaxing, and I came to feel so much trust in him that I even traded in my beloved 24-year old pickup (to which I had very strong sentimental attachment...I'd thought I'd keep that truck for the rest of my life). They gave me a better interest rate than my credit union and with Shaun T.'s help and hard work I wound up with the car I wanted but hadn't dare dream of owning, as well as feeling very good about the entire experience - a rarity. I would feel very lucky if I could buy every single car for the rest of my life from Shaun T. I give him SIX out of five stars. It really was the car-buying dream experience. More

We worked with RJ Neil and he was a great person to work with on purchasing a new car. He was friendly, knowledgeable and really not pushy. We were interested in a BMW on their lot which was used and sinc with on purchasing a new car. He was friendly, knowledgeable and really not pushy. We were interested in a BMW on their lot which was used and since he mostly sells Toyota's we asked him a few questions that he needed to find the answers for, but in each case he did the work and made the deal. Great job, R.J! The dealership website is second to none as far as other Toyota dealerships. It's easy to navigate and has accurate information on it. I liked the no-hassle situation when we purchased. It streamlines the entire process and we were in and out of there in just a couple of hours (which included the financing information process). More
I had a very positive experience at Beaverton Toyota and working with Diane Lauder was a joy. Since January 2011 I helped my company to purchase two vehicles from Beaverton Toyota with Diane as my sales per working with Diane Lauder was a joy. She did a great job and at no time did I ever feel pressured into something that I did not want. I can't say that for the final paperwork person, however. But even though the warranty sales person was a tad pushy, that did not diminish my overall experience. It was an excellent experience all the way around. More
Working with R.J. Neil at Beaverton Honda was an absolutely awesome experience. I have shopped for several and purchased a few vehicles in the past 20 years and this was by far the most comfortable absolutely awesome experience. I have shopped for several and purchased a few vehicles in the past 20 years and this was by far the most comfortable and easy experience of all. In the past, I felt dirty, offended, and frustrated when purchasing a vehicle. Upon meeting R.J., my wife and I were put at immediate ease by his calm and relaxed demeanor. He was not pushy, he was not dismissive, and he was not misleading. He was just honest and factual and tried to make it work for us, which it did. Great experience. More
We loved our 4Runner so much we thought perhaps, just maybe we could use a second!!!! We used Beaverton Toyota's web site to find a great vehicle. An almost new, 4Runner with everything. Ray arranged for this almost new vehicle to test driven by us that day. Even though "We were only looking" you know. George Lyons took us out for a test drive. We discovered this 4Runner was perfect for the second one in our driveway!!! We went back in to "talk". There was no hassling or pressure on us. We decided on a price. While we were filling out a few papers, George had the 4Runner detailed and ready for us to take home. We were felt ease and made to feel welcome in Beaverton Toyota withOUT any hassling us. George and Ray are super men to work with!!!! We had a couple of extras added to the vehicle after the sale. George and Ray both have helped us each and every time we go in or just give a call!!! Super guys, Super Deal and amazing vehicle!!!! More
