When we got to the dealership both vehicles had sold that morning :( Ben Dodge listened to our needs and quickly went to work! Not only did he find us a better RAV4 that had just come in, he got us a great deal on the price, our trade in and a new set of tires!! I would have rated this dealership an overall 5 as everything was great BUT the financing process. We were pre-qualified and had to wait 3 hours to get in and then wasted even more time in the actual finance guy's office. We almost walked away from the deal due to the horrible experience we had there...next time we'll get a PO and have our bank handle the financial piece. More
After no luck searching online classifieds and other new and used car dealers, I visited Beaverton Toyota website and saw a used Corolla that looked promising. Went there and was greeted by Doc Way and he was more than helpful and kind. He spent a lot of time with me as I'm a reluctant car buyer. I looked at the one I saw online and we test drove that one and one other I wanted to drive to compare with the first one. He showed me the Carfax and went over it with me so I was able to understand everything listed in the car history. The car was what I was looking for and was within reason as far as price. ( I'm a cheapskate so the lower the better ) I was impressed by everything and everyone at Beaverton Toyota . I will always look there first if I need another car. I recommend my saleperson Doc Way. He even drove the new car to my house for me as I went there alone with no way to get two vehicles home by myself. He is very patient and kind. More
It was an easy buying experience. I saw the vehicle on the internet prior, it was there in stock when I got there. It didn't take a long time to purchase the vehicle. RJ was very friendly and helpful. He new my budget, and what I was looking for overall. He showed me an all wheel drive car that gave me the ability to tow my stuff when I move in the next year, but was d what I was looking for overall. Plus I was in my car before my insurance money even hit my account. Great experience! More

I will most definitely go back when it's time for a trade-in and I will continue to tell my friends & family that they need to talk to Rowdy. Beaverton Toyota hands down is the best dealership out there. It was a 2007 and certified, and all of the pictures looked great when I looked online. When I picked up the van, it had several (6 or 7) chips in the windshield. I knew that a certified vehicle shouldn't have chips in the windshield so I asked them to fix it. They actually suggested that I HAVE MY OWN INSURANCE COMPANY FIX THEM AFTER I RETURNED TO MONTANA! I couldn't believe the fraudulent suggestion. Finally, they agreed to give me a new windshield. They fixed it, but not without a fight. Then, a week after I got home, the front left fog light fell out and was dangling by the cord. I had to just take the light out because there was no way to get it to stay in. A piece of the bumper was broken internally. Shortly thereafter, a horrible knocking noise showed up--also on the front left. Since I was in MOntana I had to take the van to my own dealership, and they tried to find the cause of the noise. They tried many things, but nothing seemed to work. The gal in my dealership did some research and found out (on the toyota website which the service department in Beaverton had access to) that the previous owner had hit a curb and some work was suggested. He declined and then traded the car in. Apparently he also had heard the knocking noise. (It's in the records) I spent an ENTIRE YEAR with my dealership trying to figure out the cause. Luckily, after talking with TOYOTA CARE they agreed that warranty would cover the costs. Finally, the noise got fixed, and I turned my attention back to the fog light. This summer I came back out to Beaverton with my fog light and asked that they fix that. John Cantwell took my number and agreed to get back to me the next day (Friday before the 4th of July). However, before I left, he actually had the gall to suggest duct tape and had the mannerisms to imply that I was just some no brain blonde. Insulting. That Friday I waited until 4:00 for a phone call, but finally just went down to the dealership. I walked in and immediately John Cantwell was there. He got John Golden (who sold me the vehicle) and we discussed the situation. I told them that I had all sorts of problems with the vehicle and it probably should not have been certified. They didn't seem to take my fog light seriously. They left me at the table to go talk to the service department. When they returned John Cantwell said in his demeaning manner "Well we obviously aren't going to replace the bumper for you." (Replacing the entire bumper is how this SHOULD have been fixed.) Instead, they told me that perhaps the service department could plastic weld a piece to hold the fog light in. Since this was better than his initial "duct tape" idea I agreed and they got the van in to be fixed right then. I would NEVER do business with this company again. Unfortunately, the toyota dealership in Montana had to eat much of the costs for repair--which would not have been necessary had I known beforehand that this car had been in an accident; I never would have bought it! The accident wasn't reported to me because it had not been reported to insurance. NEVER should they have certified this vehicle. AND, though they claim they didn't know it had hit a curb, they MUST have known because they did some REPAIR for the problem. After spending over $20,000 on a vehicle said to be certified, you bet I don't think I should have to pay to repair previous damage to the vehicle. Mostly, the reason I won't go back, however, has to do with John Cantwell. He was the most rude person I dealt with there; he didn't seem to want to help, he NEVER called me when he said he would, and he made rude jokes about my circumstance. More
We came to the dealership to "just look" and we were approached by Doc. He was not pushy, he listened to what my wife and I wanted, and he said he would do what he could to help. He tr look" and we were approached by Doc. He was not pushy, he listened to what my wife and I wanted, and he said he would do what he could to help. He treated us like family and not just a customer. The finance guy Mohammed was great as well. He went over our info with us and gave us a price range that we'd be approved for. He found us the right car, and the price was great. The only reason they didn't get all fives and really the only thing I have to say negatively would be regarding my trade in. They did not give me what I felt my trade was worth, but they did try to get close. They truly did help us out, we have terrible credit, and even a repossession, but they got us financed and didn't make us feel like second class citizens just because of our situation. This is the second car I've bought from them, and this experience was even better than the last. If they say they will do something they absolutely will. The first car I bought was used and they fixed it a few weeks later with no cost to me, no warranty, and no hassle and it wasn't even a Toyota it was a Dodge Intrepid! This time around they set us up with a 3 year 36000 mile warranty, even though I am confident they will stand behind whatever they sell. I would recommend this dealer to everyone I know. UPDATE: I take back everything I have said previously. I have submitted a new review. I have gone to them in the past and they were WAY more helpful. This car I purchased has a broken seat belt, now that 3year 36000 mile warranty wont cover it when they promised me "IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG YOUR COVERED." This is a severe disappointment. More

They sold you a lot of add on's which is obviously where they make there money - a hassle to listen to but I get they have a job to do. We bought them but we can cancel most of them pro-rated so we didn't feel pressured to make the decision at that time. What has been miserable is the service after the fact. The installation of some clear-shield and the rental care fiasco that ensued was annoying. The car took forever to get and they asked us to return the car with the dial past full. We drove all of 6 miles and the dial didn't move so we didn't touch it. A week later we got a bill for 1 gallon which was infuriating. I know it's not the sales guy who helped us fault but his service departments are really letting him down. I am tempted to cancel all the warranty services we purchased. I really am confused why people who make money on the big dollar purchases focus on the pennies. Probably not returning to this dealership anytime soon. These guys latch onto your phone number so give them a number they can leave a message at because they will leave several. More
