I went to Beaverton Toyota for service on my Tacoma and they have no respect for you or your vehicle. The quoted me a price of 150.00 and then when I went to pick my truck up, the bill was over 350.00. The they have no respect for you or your vehicle. I was stopped by a Beaverton Police ,and informed that my left rear stop light was not working and to correct as soon as possible ,called service at 4pm 29th and the young lady told me to come in and they wo left rear stop light was not working and to correct as soon as possible ,called service at 4pm 29th and the young lady told me to come in and they would replace it ,she asked what it was told her 2010 hybrid highlander ,she said come down and they would replace the bulb for $5.00 ,upon arriving ,she took about a .30 seconds trying to get her hand into the area of the bulb ,another lady came over and said well here is the deal they have to take all the rear end off in order to get to the bulb and cost would be somewhere between 52.00 and 150.00 plus 5.00 for bulb ,looked at her in disbelief ,told her would trade the xxxx thing off for a good Ford she said don't blame you a bit ,and they walked away and some one drove car out in front of me so I could leave UNBELIEVEABLE More

Went in to see if they would match Ron Tonkin's advertized price on a Prius C. They came back with 1k over and wanted to hit me with 13% interest. The funniest part about the whole thing was I told them I was on my way to buy the car at 4.99% within the hour and I was giving them a chance to get a free sale (and free money on the interest). In my industry, If I turned down a sale like that, I would have been fired. Guess you dropped the ball! Love my Prius C!! More

I shopped around at many dealers. When you shop for cars these days, you shop for customer care. A team built off values, and support one another as well as their consumer. As I shopped I found many dealers in the area to have salesmen on their team whom were either uneducated on their own products, or failed at active listening. Honestly I felt as if nobody I was talking to, cared about me as a human being. That was not the case with Beaverton Toyota. The ENTIRE STAFF practiced EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER CARE. I had already decided on the Fuel Efficient Toyota Corolla. I had been driving a rental for over a month, and was very impressed after owning a German sedan. Their sales staff had the technical knowledge, and the just do it attitude. (As I saw a swoosh on their Toyota dry fit attire.) The atmosphere was extremely relaxing, their staff listened and found exactly what was in my budget and went to battle for me with credit companies to find me a great deal. Their staff was friendly, the environment was accommodating, and inviting, with an excellent children's movie play area. Overall - Despite the fact I was already sold on a particular vehicle, they showed me that true customer service is still practiced. Shop until you find it. I would HIGHLY recommend shopping at Beaverton Toyota! More
My 80 year old mother took her car in for service two weeks ago and she was not given the senior discount until she insisted. She had mentioned to me that the service rep always seems put out when she asks. They seem to be taking advantage of the elderly. If seniors get a discount...give it to them. I took my car in last week for extensive work and they did not even do a courtesy car wash. I remember when I used to take my car in for an oil change and it would come back clean. Now I spend over $1,200 dollars and the car is not washed. It will be the last car I buy from them. Their service is getting worse and worse. More

I went to Beaverton Toyota after seeing a car online at a much lower price than any other dealer. My friend also recommended them when I told her where I was going. Alex Augustine was amazing!!! I had connected with him about the car prior to going into the dealership. By the time I arrived, he had researched information about the car as well as financing and communicated with me flawlessly. He made sure he understood my goals with the purchase as well as gave me more information I had not thought of. Alex brought Josh Ford into the financing part of the deal who walked through it with me step by step. Mickey Monahan finished the financing process and exhibited amazing patience and kindness while I asked a hundred questions and answered every one of them with complete understanding of my concerns. John Cantwell also was great in the negotiating process. Alex walked through the entire process with me from start to finish. He even went out of his way to research racks that I had asked about for the car...way above and beyond any "job duty"! As a woman buying a car on my own, I never felt taken advantage of or talked down to. Both Mickey and Alex have followed up with me to make sure everything is perfect. More
