I spoke to Tim Wilson on the phone before I went into the dealership. He was so great and enthusiastic and helpful on the phone and he was the same in person. In researching for a used car, I ran across the Russauto.com website. I called in, talked with Tim Wilson.He seemed like he knew what he was talking about, so I scheduled a time to go see him. Went back to the dealership and began to purchase it. 45 minutes later , I was driving my Camry home with me. I also purchased an extended service contract so I can sleep at night. I'd buy another car from Tim. I'm going to send my friends to see him. He's a good guy with no pressure !! More
