In researching for a used car, I ran across the Russauto.com website. I called in, talked with Tim Wilson.He seemed like he knew what he was talking about, so I scheduled a time to go see him. Went back to the dealership and began to purchase it. 45 minutes later , I was driving my Camry home with me. I also purchased an extended service contract so I can sleep at night. Most of all I appreciated his honesty. Brian was able to give me a great deal for 2013 RAV 4, and he also worked out an awesome price for my trade. All together I spent less than 2 hours at the dealership. I was able to test drive 2 cars, and Brian went over all of my options including lease, and financing. So I went back and bought the car and Ron was very kind and easy to work with through the whole deal. I usually keep cars a long time and this was the second new car I had ever bought in my life. Ron was very easy, not pressuring at all and it was a pleasure to do business with him. I would recommend Ron any time to someone who is new to buying a new car as he is so kind and easy to be around. He also gets the job done in a timely manner. Ron goes up and above the call of duty as he offered to come in on his day off one time and I thought that was amazing. Given the rareness of finding such a vehicle Hasan went to great lengths to locate and provision the exact model from another state. Additionally Hasan went above and beyond with the short notice of the request and the additional adds like heated leather seats with pink stitching that I wanted added to the truck. The entire team at Beaverton Toyota also setup the best surprise ever during the unveil of the vehicle for my girlfriend, bow and all included!
