I have always owned Toyotas my whole life and decided to give Beaverton Toyota a try. I was greeted by the salesman Tony Hossini and he was truly an exceptional salesman. Not pushy at all. I told him I wanted to look at a few different cars (corolla, Prius, and rav4). When I did this at broadway Toyota (close to where I live) the salesman rolled his eyes and tried to sell me on the first car we drove. Tony was the exact opposite. He took the time to show me all the cars and drive all the cars to make a sound descision. He was knowledgable and patient throughout the whole process. I decided to lease a Rav4 based on the low monthly payment and 4 wheel drive. I have serviced my rav4 at Beaverton Toyota (just the standard oil changes and tire rotation) and the service department is quick and friendly as well. The waiting area is comfortable and clean and well equipped to get work done while waiting. I have since bought a corolla from Tony for my wife and we will be going back soon to trade in the rav4 to upgrade to the highlander. Thanks again Beaverton Toyota! More
Couldn't get appointment for lub and oil change for a week. Was told I could walk in but wait would be 3 hours. That's unacceptable for working people. I bought an used car in this dealership. This was a 2011 used car. The salesman was ok. I bought it with car loan. In the whole process of dealing with the finance guy, I felt that he just wanted to suck mo used car. The salesman was ok. I bought it with car loan. In the whole process of dealing with the finance guy, I felt that he just wanted to suck more money from my pocket. He was canvassing me to buy additional warranty for all the parts for the six years or 72000 miles. I thought about it, but declined it. He kept doing it about 20min. But I still didn't buy it. The most unacceptablt thing was, he made an impression to me that it was my first time to buy something with loan, so not many banks were willing to approve my car loan. He gave me only one bank for the car loan. It was fifth third bank with higher interest (4.5%). I got very good credit score (760) and should be able to get lower interest rate with local bank. I am in oregon state and there is no fifth third bank branch in OR, it was very strange that they came out with that bank and force me to got a car loan from that bank. I guess they could get some sales commision from fifth third bank. Anyway, I won't shop at that dealership anymore. Not a honey store!! More
I went to Beaverton Toyota for service on my Tacoma and they have no respect for you or your vehicle. The quoted me a price of 150.00 and then when I went to pick my truck up, the bill was over 350.00. The they have no respect for you or your vehicle. They left the fuse box cover unattached under the hood and backed the truck up into a dumpster and broke my tail light. I would not recommend this service to anyone. More
I was stopped by a Beaverton Police ,and informed that my left rear stop light was not working and to correct as soon as possible ,called service at 4pm 29th and the young lady told me to come in and they wo left rear stop light was not working and to correct as soon as possible ,called service at 4pm 29th and the young lady told me to come in and they would replace it ,she asked what it was told her 2010 hybrid highlander ,she said come down and they would replace the bulb for $5.00 ,upon arriving ,she took about a .30 seconds trying to get her hand into the area of the bulb ,another lady came over and said well here is the deal they have to take all the rear end off in order to get to the bulb and cost would be somewhere between 52.00 and 150.00 plus 5.00 for bulb ,looked at her in disbelief ,told her would trade the xxxx thing off for a good Ford she said don't blame you a bit ,and they walked away and some one drove car out in front of me so I could leave UNBELIEVEABLE More
Salesmen was very rude. Never even got to look at the car we came to look at. Salesmen was to interested in low balling our trade in to even take the time to look at the car we came to see.
