As a senior and single woman, I was leary about buying a car from a dealer but it turned out to be a postive, win-win situation. I got the car I wanted and was satisfied with the price I paid. They did not honor the offer that got me to stay and spend hours test driving and waiting for my trade-in to be evaluated, only to change their offer at the very end and act like I'm a child who misunde spend hours test driving and waiting for my trade-in to be evaluated, only to change their offer at the very end and act like I'm a child who misunderstood. I drove in to check out plug-in hybrids and salesman told me there's an advertised Prius lease special going on, which I found attractive, only he said it has to be a light blue Prius. I've never heard of lease specials that specified colors before. Anyhow I said I accept the offer but no way I'm driving a light blue Prius, and that if they could match the offer on a different color I'd lease. He went to check then came back and said "will you do silver"? I asked "are you going to give me the same exact offer on the silver"? to which the salesman replied "YES we can do that on the silver". After a long test drive and them picking apart my trade-in and putting mileage on it, he offered me $16.5k which I wanted $17k minimum for it but accepted because they worked with me on the color of the Prius. However, he suddenly raised the lease down payment to $3500 from original lease offer of $2500. I said no thanks to the trade-in if that's why you're raising the down payment, and just give me the advertised lease offer we agreed on initially on the silver. He said that sorry the offer is on the light blue model only. I looked at my cousin who was there for the whole story to make sure I wasn't crazy and saw the shock on his face too. The salesman could see the frustration in my face and said he'll try again with management and be back. Then he came back and offered even less $14.5k for my trade-in and $3500 down once again to ad insult to injury. Get your Toyota somewhere else if a Toyota is what you want. I surely will. More

Every dealer can come pretty close to each other in price but I wanted to buy somewhere that made me feel like they cared about my business. Ron was patient with me and answered all my questions. I came in looking for an LE and left driving an SE! He really showed me the value in paying a little more for some features that I really ended up liking. Thank you Ron! More
