Very Bad customer service in the front disk( Levi Sotton), I called for general inspection, and they set an appointment for me, and they said this is for free. When I tried to understand why you didn't say it is free, he said I have to make sure my technician get paid rudely. This is not a professional way to deal with customers and I left my number for their manager to contact me, but no call nothing; it seems they don't care if they have an angry or unhappy customer.
