Car shopping/buying is not anyone's favorite thing to do and we were not looking forward to it. Hasan was friendly and available from the moment we contacted him via phone to the time we met with him a do and we were not looking forward to it. He showed us the inventory we were interested in and did not try to push another model vehicle at us. During negotiations we were visited by the manager and the finance person to assist in making the right choice for our financial situation. In the end, Beaverton Toyota helped turn a bad situation with our previous vehicle into a better one with our new Camry. More

Juan was outstanding. He was friendly, personable, genuine, professional, and positive. He was the polar opposite of all the pushy salesmen I had met so far in my search. I really appreciated that he kept the ipad with him to answer all my questions without having to stop and run back for more information. I felt like he really listened to the things that were important to me in a car. As a travelling hospice nurse, my car is my office for 8 1/2 hours per day, so I had a long list of things that were really important to me, which he paid close attention to. I felt less like he was SELLING me on a car, rather more that he was teaching me about the Prius. I am super happy with my car. During and after the purchase, he went above and beyond the call of duty to make things easy for me, from comping the second key that could not be retrieved to the previous owner (much appreciated) to washing the car on my first drop in after the purchase. And I'll say the car has exceeded expectations, as my office and vehicle. It has gotten 54.4 MILES PER GALLON. I'm literally spending 1/2 on gas compared to my Subaru Outback, which got 22 miles per gallon. So happy. Thank you, Juan. 5/5 stars for you. On Sept 20 after purchasing 2 new tires for our Sienna at Les Schwab and having them installed the icon indicating 'low tire pressure' came on within 2 blocks. We returned to Schwab, they ran a test, the tir Les Schwab and having them installed the icon indicating 'low tire pressure' came on within 2 blocks. We returned to Schwab, they ran a test, the tire pressure was normal and again we left and the icon came on within 2 blocks. We decided to get help at the Toyota dealer. They also 'fixed' it, ran a test and sent us off. Again the warning light came on! We returned to the dealer - again!! This time we had Andrew service our car. He said that you had to run the test just right. And yes, the light has not come on for the last weeks thanks to Andrew! And the tire pressure is normal. Maybe Andrew should teach his co-workers on how to do a great job. Our thanks to him. Ingrid Palm More
