When we first arrived at the dealership Steve greeted us at the door. From my first impression I really liked his manner: friendly, helpful, not pushy at all. Then he showed us a used Honda Pilot that had been traded in. The price on the Pilot was excellent and it was in perfect condition with excellent maintenance records and a clean car fax. Steve quickly got me into the vehicle for a test drive. I had already done many test drives at other dealerships and sometimes I found them uncomfortable like I was being interrogated or that the sales representative did not want me to take much time driving the car. Steve was a breath of fresh air. We actually didn't even talk much about the car instead making small talk and I didn't feel any pressure on the test drive. Back at the dealership we told Steve we were interested and we began to talk with John Cantwell about the purchase price. I found him more than fair. In the end I think the dealership took a loss on the vehicle to gain our future business and ensure that we got our maintenance at the dealership (we also have a Lexus). At the end of negotiations we left very happy. I have bought cars in the past and always left feeling exhausted, my experience at Beaverton Toyota was the opposite. They got our papers completed quickly and didn't try to push any insurance policies on us. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and their price was very fair. I am fairly loyal to the brand and so I plan to buy our future cars at Beaverton Toyota. More
I purchased new 2013 RAV4 Limited today. I was very impressed by Mr Kim's exceptional services and fully satisfied by this dealer. Honestly my impression about Beaverton Toyota has been completely changed thanks to Mr Kim. If I have a chance to make another car transaction and know any friends or neighbors who plan to buy a car, I'd strongly recommend him. He was very professional and knowledgeable about very details. He was always from my perspective and very responsive to all my requests. Furthermore, anytime I called him for very minor questions, he did his best to answer all of them with the most recent and accurate information all the time. Actually he remembered every comment I made for one week and was trying to help to solve my problems and concerns. Before starting car shopping, I didn't know him at all and had no information about him. I believe I was very fortunate to meet a great dealer this time and made a good purchase from Beaverton Toyota. More

I give Beaverton Dealership a top rating because everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable about the product (auto) they were representing. As I approached the sales room area, I noticed this young lady I interacted with was knowledgeable about the product (auto) they were representing. As I approached the sales room area, I noticed this young lady approaching me with a smile on her face and her hand extended for a firm "How do you do, etc" greeting. Mariah Garrison, my sales rep, has worked with Beaverton Toyota one year plus. She was very quick to seek answers to questions she was not positive of the answer, but there were very few of those. It was an easy transaction because I knew I wanted a bright, silver Toyota RAV4, 4door, ltd, with black interior! We found the one I wanted. Next stop was with Mr. Michael Casey, Finance Manager. He was very personable and I was confident because I was prepared to finalize the deal. At this point, if it doesn't show, employees with happy faces and a nice sense of humor are very important to me. It tells me that I should expect a very satisfying relationship with staff during the next 6 years or so. I ordered the clear shield package, LoJack and Data Dots. I worked with Rick Fernandez in service to bring the car back in and leave it for the Clear Shield .LoJack and Data Dots. I was given a rental car for use over night. This service appointment was very easy on me, the client. Mr. Fernandez was very nice to work with. I stopped y the dealer ship this afternoon because I could not grasp how shut off the lady that was giving me directions to where ever. :) Mr. Tyler Nelson was nice enough to come off the sales floor and meet me in the service area. He showed more about the Navagation system and also the cd. I have not worked with computer much except for email etc. so now I have a car that is a challenge for this 72 year young lady. I get a hold of this system soon, I hope! I do not travel much. The auto had 25 miles on it 11/2/13 and today it has 97! Absolutely love my car and Beaverton Dealership! More

I found everyone to be more than helpful and friendly. Not pushy like some other dealerships. I especially liked the way I was shown all cars in the lot that met my needs/requests and not just one. Car shopping/buying is not anyone's favorite thing to do and we were not looking forward to it. Hasan was friendly and available from the moment we contacted him via phone to the time we met with him a do and we were not looking forward to it. Hasan was friendly and available from the moment we contacted him via phone to the time we met with him a few days later. He showed us the inventory we were interested in and did not try to push another model vehicle at us. During negotiations we were visited by the manager and the finance person to assist in making the right choice for our financial situation. In the end, Beaverton Toyota helped turn a bad situation with our previous vehicle into a better one with our new Camry. More
Juan was outstanding. He was friendly, personable, genuine, professional, and positive. He was the polar opposite of all the pushy salesmen I had met so far in my search. Laid back but responsive and extremely knowledgeable about the Prius. I really appreciated that he kept the ipad with him to answer all my questions without having to stop and run back for more information. I felt like he really listened to the things that were important to me in a car. As a travelling hospice nurse, my car is my office for 8 1/2 hours per day, so I had a long list of things that were really important to me, which he paid close attention to. I felt less like he was SELLING me on a car, rather more that he was teaching me about the Prius. I am super happy with my car. During and after the purchase, he went above and beyond the call of duty to make things easy for me, from comping the second key that could not be retrieved to the previous owner (much appreciated) to washing the car on my first drop in after the purchase. And I'll say the car has exceeded expectations, as my office and vehicle. It has gotten 54.4 MILES PER GALLON. I'm literally spending 1/2 on gas compared to my Subaru Outback, which got 22 miles per gallon. So happy. Thank you, Juan. 5/5 stars for you. Will recommend people come find YOU, when they ogle my new Prius. More
