My recent experience at Beaverton Toyota was fantastic. The customer service was excellent. Mr. Augustine was friendly, informative and very knowledgeable. I recently purchased a used car from Beaverton Toyota, and I am very disappointed with the entire experience. I had an appointment set up to test drive the car and was told to ask for John Cantwell. Upon my arrival I saw Mr. Cantwell chewing out two of his employees with foul language. Then when he turned around and saw me he flashed a toothy salesman grin and said "How may I help you sir?" After I test drove the car, we arranged for me to take it to my mechanic, and when I returned I wanted to purchase the car. It took 3 hours of me sitting in a chair waiting for them to finalize the sale. I was paying with a check too, no loan mess or anything. I kept being told "Sorry, we are understaffed and we are closing on a lot of sales right now". Long story short I felt like I was a pain in their butt. After we finally got through the process and to the point where I was going to write the check, they told me the price was a number about $1,500 more than what we agreed upon. This is after I had already signed a bunch of papers to sign over the title, other releases, etc. It took another half an hour to get them back down to the price that we shook on. Also, about three weeks after I purchased the car I still hadn't received the title, so I called Beaverton Toyota. The lady I spoke to said that it fell through the cracks since she had to take care of a lot of other paperwork, so then she said she would try to get it out soon. I received the title 2 months after I purchased the car. I will not recommend this dealership to anybody. I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at Beaverton Toyota. More

I bought a new 2012 Camry Hybrid from Tim Wilson. That was after shopping at a Hyndai dealship down the street and walking out. Tim was different in that there was no pressure, he showed us every car even close to what we were looking at and he was in absolutely no hurry to close a deal. Once we did fine "the car" he shifted into high gear in getting management to close. And we pushed quite a bit and at no time did he lose his cool. I recommend this dealership, easily, and if you can find Tim or ask for him, you won't be disappointed. He's a gentleman and what I'd expect in a decent person. More
