Service dept woes If they tell you that you need to buy a new tire from them because it has a slow leak, take it to Les Schwab (or wherever) and they may fix it for you If they tell you that you need to buy a new tire from them because it has a slow leak, take it to Les Schwab (or wherever) and they may fix it for you - that's what I did. If they tell you that your window motor is burned out and it will be 650.00 to replace, you may want to tell them no thanks and to just put it back together - ours worked fine once they did. I usually love this place but both things happened to me recently. More

When I went to purchase my third car from this fine dealership, I met sales associate, Brian I have been a customer of Beaverton Toyota for 28 years. When I went to purchase my third car from this fine dealership, I met sales associate, Brian Griffin. He asked me what I was looking for and then proceeded to take me around the lot, showing me the models he had available. I had lots of questions, and he answered each one with confidence. At no time did I feel pressured. Brian made me feel that he was more like an advocate; someone who had my best interests at heart. I mentioned to Mr. Griffin that I had been a customer for awhile, and he assured me that the dealership would do everything they could to serve me. And did they ever. I got a terrific deal, even though the vehicle I chose was in high demand. Brian went to bat for me and extended every effort to make sure that I not only got the car I wanted, but he made sure that I got a terrific deal, too. This was a truly memorable experience. I feel that not only did I get a new car, but made a friend as well. Every step of the way, I felt that Brian was looking out for me and making sure that I had everything I needed ... including coffee and donuts at the cafe!
