The GM, Josh Ford was outstanding in keeping the process on track and timely. The Finance manager, (I forgot his name) was also spot on and helpful through the final transaction. What a car buying experience should be I was going back and forth between Ford and Toyota and was looking at several cars. The people here are friendly, not pushy, and really listen to you. Greg Parker (my sales rep) and the rest of the staff here were incredibly helpful and made the overall experience really positive. Greg spent time talking to my wife and I the about the difference between the Avalon's and the Camry's as well the different tiers of those models. He was patient and wanted to make sure we purchased the vehicle that WE wanted, not that they wanted to sell. Overall, I thought the whole experience was great, and will be purchasing future vehicles from Beaverton Toyota. More

He addressed every concern I had. I hadn't planned on my truck being ready for a few days but Richard found it and had it brought to the facility and detailed. Very exciting! Richard made sure I was ready to go before I drove away in my new truck. Moe (the financial officer) was such a nice guy too! Financing can be a nail bitter but he made this a positive respectful experience. I appreciated both of these guys approach, very pleased with my experience. More

Terrible experience so i was deciding whether i wanted to buy a scion frz or a honda civic si. I decided i will test drive scion frz at Beaverton Toyota- biggest mistake i made. I walk in and this guy Reza shows up. He looked at me like he was doing me a big favor even by talking to me. He was least interested in talking to me. He was just looking around, not even explaining what he is selling. I asked him, do u have a scion frz- "we might have one, so what"..."can i see it?", iask "might be somewhere outside, go look"...so i go around try to find the car...looked like he had a prejudice that "this guy is just here for the free ride" (Note:i bought honda civic si the very next day from wilsonville honda)...so i take the car for a drive- instead of explaining how/what it does, he just enjoyeeeed the ride...oh yeah, he opened his mouth to order me to take left and rights...so we get back and we talk about money. He is like, "what visa are you on, who is your employer, how much is your salary"..and trust me guys, my employer is pretty big...when i tell him that, he is like "oh, so you might get fired in 2 years"...am like "what the : where did that come from"....and there is more "If we sell you a car, how do we know you wont be fired before you pay the money back"....i said i dont have an answer to such futuristic qns...then i asked him what finance do u provide...he said we need to check your credit score for that (i admit, i was new to this entire credit score business- so he got me there)...and i said yes, assuming it will be a soft check...he made me sign up the credit score application, made a hard check on the credit score (which took a huge dip) ...after making me wait for 30 mins he comes back and says "no we cant provide you with any finance"...am like, "why, tell me some reason, is my credit score low"....he is like, NO, thatz it...note: i got full finance with a very good rate in couple of weeks from wilsonville honda.....Bottomline: i had loved Scion Frz, and the only reason i dont drive it now is this stupid sales person called REZA...dude learn to RESPECT customers: they are your bread and butter...I wonder now if is it time to ask you "So your employer can fire you in 2 years"? More

Beaverton Toyota nailed it! Top to bottom, everyone we came in contact with treated my family like royalty. Due to lack of day care, my wife and I had to bring our three small ch Top to bottom, everyone we came in contact with treated my family like royalty. Due to lack of day care, my wife and I had to bring our three small children (4, 2, 7 months) to the dealership for the transaction. We were there close to six hours, and they made sure we were comfortable. It was exhausting, because we aren't ideal creditworthy clients, but they found a way to make our desires happen. David Stephens, our sales guy, actually took the time to play with the kids while the finance folks were doing their song and dance. I'm pretty sure my oldest son wanted to steal his hat, and they kept talking about their new friend David when we got home. I work in customer service, and I was blown away with how kind and genuine the staff was. Kiersten Molloy also made sure the kids were comfortable and had plenty of options of entertainment at their disposal. I played putt-putt with my sons for the first time! Beaverton Toyota has definitely raised the bar for client relations, and I don't want to shop anywhere else going forward. Thank you to everyone! More

Was not planning on buying but did. Juan did an extraordinary job of showing us the vehicles and all the things that go with them.. The other appeal was the O% Toyota interest rate. More
