Beaverton Toyota is a great place to buy a car but the service representative, Ally, was not customer friendly. When the car was dropped off at 8;20am I was told that it would be ready by 5:00pm. I called at 3:41 pm because I had heard nothing about the progress of the service. I had to leave a voicemail but it was not answered. Finally at 5:45pm I called and was informed that the car was ready but the dealership was closing in 15 minutes. I had to rush to pick up the car and when I got there Ally, was rude and argumentative. She kept saying “ I am sorry MA’Am! She had forgotten my name apparently . I will be scheduling future service at my SoCal dealer Toyota of Orange where I am treated extremely well. More

We had never leased a car before, he gave us just the right amount of information to make a confident decision. We also loved the dealership’s transparency & no added cost surprises. Service department is always trying to upsell repairs that are not needed yet from maintenance schedule.
