Easily the most seamless and pleasant car buying experience. It was a complete pleasure working with Chris; he was professional, helpful, and personable throughout the process. You sold me a car that had already been bought.... then it took you 3 days to tell me that this was the case.... then you told me I had to pay more for a different unit of the same car. Super lame. Sales rep tells me, "it's out of my control." Sales Manger tells me "we did everything we could." Not accepting responsibility for the customer experience? Super lame. I ended up just buying from another dealership (the same make and model). But you should know that going into this, you were my first choice. More

Absolutely horrible experience. Salesperson okay. Every other aspect an absurd horror show. 1. Vehicle quoted over phone was gone when we arrived. Understood that was a possibility but didn’t want the vehicle substituted as it didn’t have all weather mats. Bud worked to fix the situation. 2. Was bothered by the fact that there was very little monitoring of COVID safety protocols. No plexiglass separations in transactional areas. Salespeople congregating together. Nice situation for a superspreader event considering the climb in cases recently. 3. Waited and waited and waited for business area to deal with paperwork. Not a problem on our end. They couldn’t figure out how to get the cross State licensing and tax details input properly. BUT, NOT ONE PERSON CAME TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS GOING ON. I had to go to the manager’s counter to find out and was still given the brush off with a cursory explanation. No one offered to get us some water or some food as we were there for almost four hours. 4. Got to leave with incomplete paperwork which we were able to complete electronically later. Why that couldn’t have happened sooner is anyone’s guess. 5. Found out from our insurance company that they can provide gap insurance. Plan we selected through purchase can be canceled but it has been a total run around trying to get to a person who can deal with this. They will not return calls. I’ve had to initiate every contact trying to get this fixed. We lease a new car every three years. We will not be returning to Beaverton Toyota when this lease is up. The small savings on the monthly payment doesn’t compare with the lack of caring and follow through. More
