The little things matter to me. I took my Scion XB for a full and much needed service. A week later I came back because my Fob seemed to have a dead batters. I couldn;t figure out how to open up the Fob full and much needed service. A week later I came back because my Fob seemed to have a dead batters. I couldn;t figure out how to open up the Fob to get the battery size and change it. I went to the Service Department and a great guy opened it up for me. From there it was all downhill. No trying to change our minds after hearing our needs and goals for the vehicle. Their staff found us a vehicle from another dealer in a matter of days, with great, no pressure communication. I began by looking at late model used RAV4's, but without any pressure from the salesperson, I asked about the cost of a new vehicle and decided that that was what I wanted. Beaverton Toyota did not have a RAV4 in stock like I wanted, but they quickly located one at a nearby dealership and within a couple of days had the vehicle ready for me. The sales transaction went smoothly and the salesperson, Nick Ralston, was very thorough in explaining all of the features of the new RAV4 before I left the dealership. I'm completely satisfied with the car, the dealership and the sales staff. More

Easiest, nicest, knowledgeable guy I’ve worked with on the lot. I was a girl looking for the right truck and he nailed it! All started when we had to sell our old F150 back in 2010 because of the econ the lot. I was a girl looking for the right truck and he nailed it! All started when we had to sell our old F150 back in 2010 because of the economy. It was my husbands pride and joy, but we had to sell. We looked to our future and eventually got back on our feet. Became parents to 2 boys, bought a house then had another boy. Every year we thought the next year would be the right time for the replacement truck, but every year something else came up. Discouraged and selfless he would push that purchase off to the side to meet the needs of the family. Dave’s 40th birthday was coming up in a few years. I asked the kids what we should get, “a truck” they all would cheer. Sounds extremely out of reach and I told them, “no”. Discouraged I tried to plan for multiple different gifts through the up coming years. All failing. 2020 came and is the same year as his 40th. This was not the year to have an epic birthday celebrate. I lost my sister to leukemia about 3 years ago. She was my best friend and Dave was there as my rock. The loss taught me to stop being scared and enjoy life while we can. So I scraped, saved, researched and repeat multiple times. A few months back Dave’s brother worked with Nick recently on another Tundra and encourage the encounter. We spoke prior to me arriving and he pulled out some trucks to compare. We narrowed the options and worked with the staff to get timing right. Nick and the staff at Beaverton Toyota were extremely helpful. Nick worked with my schedule and respected my budget. After the truck arrived they helped store and prep the truck for delivery. I bought the truck and picked up the following Sat. The day of his small celebration. With the help of Dave’s brother he helped rally the family. This became a family present! We all pulled together to get him a new truck. One that all 3 boys can fit in. Its been 10 years since we had to sell his first baby and it’s coming full circle! I wrapped the keys in a small box then wrapped Russian doll style. My husband’s birthday came and he opened the box in amazement and walked outside to find his new truck. We stuck a giant red bow on the hood and the weather held out. The day couldn’t be more perfect. Everything he has wanted in a truck and more was in that new 2021 Tundra! It’s a beautiful truck and we honestly wouldn’t have been able to find it if it weren’t for all the help I received. Thanks again for everything! More
