He was very helpful and made car buying a piece of cake for my first time buying a car. Overall, car buying here is no pressure, no hassle and extremely efficient. Everything from the building to car buying is efficient. More

She was very informative and answered all my questions. As I was coming over the mountains from Bend, it was very helpful to know that the truck I was interested in was still on the lot. It was even more impressive that when I pulled into the lot, there was the truck with my name hanging on a tag from the rear view mirror, ready for a test drive. The only other person I dealt with was Stan (Erin had the weekend off) and he, too, was awesome. No pressure, no upselling. It is so nice to deal with only one person and having that person's full attention while at the dealership. My friend who came with me was also impressed and says that she'd deal with this dealership in a heartbeat. I will, whenever asked, strongly encourage folks to head to Beaverton Toyota the next time they are looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

The premises are clean and pretty comfortable if you want to wait to get your work done. I have not had a negative experience with any of the people there, either; everyone so far has been friendly and willing to help. The work I have had to get done was done well (granted, I haven't had to get a lot of work done yet). Would rec. More
Service or Sales, BT Rocks! Since 2013, Beaverton Toyota has serviced our two vehicles. If you haven't been there lately, stop on by to see the great re-modeled buildings in sale Since 2013, Beaverton Toyota has serviced our two vehicles. If you haven't been there lately, stop on by to see the great re-modeled buildings in sales and service, so different from 2006! Everything is modern, clean and efficient, with three huge check-in bays and giant electronic appointment boards. Several of the service reps who have talked to are: Brian Spears, Dennis Wolfe and Dan Martini. All of the employees are friendly and helpful, from the service reps, to sales, to service technicians and parts. The waiting area is clean and boasts comfortable club chairs, power outlets and desks if you want to work on a laptop, and a food/snack bar with complimentary coffee. Or sign up for a shuttle ride to work or home, and back. The showroom displays new Toyota and Scion cars and trucks to sit in and dream about buying! Remember to make an appointment for your next oil change, before you leave, and receive a punch card good for 3 free car washes! You may have your favorite sales person to work with, but if you are new to BT (Beaverton Toyota) and want a super experience shopping for your next car (whether new or used), ask for PIERCEON Bellemare (he is not yet listed below because he's new) and tell him Diana sent you! :) More

I had a prius previously and I was happy with it, but I needed a bigger trunk for all my Real Estate business material. I love my Camry and Ron made it a very pleasant experience. And I know I got a great Deal!!! He has helped me after the sale to learn a few features on my new car. I didn't want to read the manual and Ron knows the answers to my questions immediately. He said to call him anytime I have a question. He is Great!!!! I will buy my next car from Ron. More
Service for Tundra I had to have some fairly labor intensive, unexpected service on my Tundra. The service ended up being a bigger project than originally thought, and I had to have some fairly labor intensive, unexpected service on my Tundra. The service ended up being a bigger project than originally thought, and took longer than expected. If it weren't for Joel I would probably be giving a pretty negative review. However, he made the whole experience a lot easier to handle. Through the process Joel gave a really good description of the issues with my truck, and the service that was needed. When Joel found out the repairs were taking longer than originally quoted he contacted me and immediately set me up with a rental car. When I was able to pick up my car the cashier made a comment that he though Joel wasn't supposed to be working that day. I found out Joel had the day off, but actually came in just to ensure my car was finally going to be finished and checked out correctly. I would say Joel went above and beyond making sure I had a good experience. Even though there were issues on the actual mechanical/repair aspect of my service experience I felt like things were under control because of his excellent communication. He anticipated my questions and concerns through the process, and I feel like I can trust him. I'll be back to the dealership for service with my two Toyota's. I'll definitely be requesting to work with Joel. More

He was well informed about each and every car we Kyle Gustafson quickly identified what I was looking for and took me to 5 amazing choices right away. He was well informed about each and every car we looked at making it a quick, easy decision. Not only was finding a car quick, and in my price range, but getting the keys was even easier. He took care of all the paper work and any obstacle I ran into he always found a way to make it work. Throughout the entire experience he had a positive, upbeat personality making me feel secure and comfortable with all of my decisions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Beaverton Toyota to anyone looking for a new car!! Thanks again for the amazing service, and vehicle!!!! More
I was terribly disappointed. It took over 2 hours. My 20,000 mile check up (which included an oil change and tire rotation) along with the 40+ check list took over 2 hours. I finally had to go to the My 20,000 mile check up (which included an oil change and tire rotation) along with the 40+ check list took over 2 hours. I finally had to go to the service desk to find out where my car was. It turns out my service tech (Jinnie) went to lunch and left me setting in the waiting area. I finally got someone to check me out after 1 pm. I mentioned the low air light was on and they said it would be checked as part of the check list. It must be the spare tire because it is still on. No body checked it even though it is part of the check list. Needless to say I am terribly disappointed in the service. Ray Feeney More
