Simonizing Experience when my car had to be repainted I wanted to thank Russ Humberston and Beaverton Toyota for helping me recently when I had brought my car in. I had gotten something on my car that th I wanted to thank Russ Humberston and Beaverton Toyota for helping me recently when I had brought my car in. I had gotten something on my car that the Simonizing did not protect so I had to have to car repainted. Ebos was the company that covers the protection and Toyota has a great place they took my car to guarantee the paint job was to Toyota standards. The protection company coverage was only willing to cover $2,500 but it was going to cost $1,300 additional. After all was discussed the protection company was going to move my car to a place that would accept the lower amount. I was told that Russ paid the remaining amount as he wanted to keep my ca at Precision and to have the service they can guarantee. When I got my car back it was just like new. Thank you very much Russ for your help. I love my car and I have always had great service with your dealership. Also, thanks to Rick in service for making my experience smooth.
