Pleasant experience It helped that we came in knowing what we wanted, but the sales experience was still pretty quick and painless. We were working with Ajay, and as it happened about 4 other people were trying to purchase cars at the same time, so the paperwork process was backed up. Ajay was very apologetic, kept us entertained, and really went the extra mile to try to speed up the process in any way he could. We were expecting to be there for a few hours, so even though the process was slower than usual for the dealership, it did not take any longer than we expected. More

Last year Mr. Dennis Wolfe recommended I purchase Michelin rain tires that were on sale. We have been so happy with the tires and appreciate Mr. Wolfe's expert advice. He always personally looks out for me. Today, I came in for an oil change and to winterize the car. I had forgotten that I was entitled to complimentary rotation for purchasing tires from Beaverton Toyota. Mr. Wolfe credited my invoice. His honesty and personalized service keep me coming back.
