We were left waiting for 10 minutes, which is not the high level of service I'm used to when I have brought my car in for past service. I call Patrice Porter and she and her team got me into the service bay the same day, diagnosed my problem and scheduled service. They set me up with a Toyota rental car and late the next day I had my car back and the work was excellent. Excellent response to my problem, super effort in working me into the service schedule that day and awesome team effort to get me and my car back in operation the very next day. First car purchase I had a generally good first time car buying experience. Although a scary experience for a first time, it went a lot better than I anticipated and would/will probably go back to this dealer in the future. The only thing I would critique is the wait time for everything took a very long time. I was told it would take 1 hour start to finish and it took over 2, but it was still worth it. More
