I was greeted warmly by everyone in the service center, was able to wait in a very comfortable environment (great seating, wifi and computers to use, cafe with drinks and food) and it took half the time I expected. I see why Beaverton Toyota gets such high ratings - they have earned them. More

I was graciously greeted by Celso Olivas, and right from the beginning, and even as of today, he has treated me with such great professionalism and respect, but what was a real pleasure was Celso’s outstanding personality. Celso is very easy going, friendly and has a great sense of humor. The overall car buying experience with Celso was phenomenal. Celso is extremely knowledgeable with Toyotas, and his attention to detail and patience is remarkable, to say the least. After seeking other estimates from other local Toyota dealers, Celso was able to compete with their prices and offer a price I could not refuse. long wait After dropping off our car for a routine oil change, they said it would take 1hr and 15min at the most. When we checked in at 1 1/2 hours our car had After dropping off our car for a routine oil change, they said it would take 1hr and 15min at the most. When we checked in at 1 1/2 hours our car had been done sitting waiting to get picked up but no body had come to get us since the service representative was at lunch. I had also asked for them to vacuum the back seat which they put in the note they completed however, dog hair still covered the back seat. More
