My sales person did all he could to find one sooner but the only option was to have one ordered from the factory directly. He helped me choose my options and placed my order promptly. He had also conducted an appraisal on my trade-in and gave me an estimated value which I was comfortable with verbally accepting. I waited about a month for the truck to arrive and it was more beautiful in person! My sales man kept his word on the value on my trade-in and the entire transaction went more smoothly than I thought could be possible. I appreciate the honest deal and the great customer service. Didn't check as thoroughly as I expected Brought my Prius in for an A/c blower motor fan and oil change. My love rire pressure light was on, but the tech didn't really check that, even though Brought my Prius in for an A/c blower motor fan and oil change. So, I'm coming back in today to get this issue fixed. Also, I didn't get my VIP rate for my oil change until I reminded my service rep - again. Apparently, the new operating system wiped out all record of this in my service history. More

Excellent customer service I was nearing 36,000 miles and went in for an all-around check-up & tire rotation. It was a little over an hour wait, and after going into the service center waiting area I realized my phone was dying and ran back to get my charger but my car had already been moved along, so Josh offered me his charger. That was so nice. After the check-up was done it was determined that I need new tires. He explained my options and printed out a detailed summary for me, which was very helpful. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell me on the spot. (And I love that Toyota doesn't try to add on a bunch of stuff you didn't ask for.) I was only charged for the tire rotation. Oh and the service center is extremely comfortable. I got a latte and watched the Duck game on the big flat screen which made the wait go by quickly. More
