And the other problem with noise on the problems I have with my car with only 8600 mils on it was not covered by the warranty because we live in the northwest. Also I have a problem with a noise when I brake and I have to come back another time because there is nobody there to check it unless Im there at 8 am. And, of course, they cannot hear the noise. I was told that the air filter that was not under warranty was 50.00 so I looked it up online and I figured I could do it myself - I asked parts for the price and it was only $25.00 and you guys wanted $50 plus another 79.95 to install it. I'm sorry but it took me less than 10 minutes to install the filter and I'm 70 years old. I think you're taking advantage of your customers. I will have to come back because you're the only dealership close to my house. More

Slow service...appointments mean nothing I showed up at 7:50am for 8:00am appointment was told it would take about an hour. Two hours later I went in search of my car...it was just finished.
