Worked with John Callaghan Sales and Leasing Rep, great guy with a great attitude. -He as well as the whole team, James, Ron, provided me with a great customer experience. He found me a vehicle that fit my needs and wants, presented me with all my options and was never pushy about it. I recently also had service done to my previous Toyota pickup and Dustin Quan, my service provider took real good care of me. Also, Angie from Beaverton Rental, she always gave me the vehicle I wanted to test out and that helped me make my decision for my new 2016 Toyota 4Runner. Right from the very first interaction with Jeff, we were put at ease. We were looking for something very specific and Jeff did not try to pressure us into anything else. We went right to the lot and found the car in which we were interested, took it for a test drive, and had a nice opportunity to learn more about the car. The price that was advertised for the car is the price we paid--period! There were no hidden fees, no pressure to add costs. Our salesman was committed to making sure that we were happy with our purchase; he even went above and beyond to drop off some floor mats for us because we couldn't get them on the day of purchase. We would HIGHLY recommend using this dealership in the future and will be back when we need our next car. More
