Just a standard oil change I love so much that I can just drive in and see if they can take my car for an oil change. The comfortable lounge- either watching tv, reading a book I love so much that I can just drive in and see if they can take my car for an oil change. Horrible - never go there! They took my car in for servicing, it came back with a scratch, scraped off paint and bent front bumper. I decided to go back to them based on our prior experience and offer them the first shot at my business. I knew exactly what I wanted down to the trim and specific options and wouldn’t settle for anything less. I was first greeted by David Stephens who was a pleasure to work with. I told him what I wanted knowing that they didn’t actually have that particular vehicle in stock and asked what my options were. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t want, he was very helpful in tracking down the exact vehicle I wanted at a Washington dealership. They had it shipped down and I am extremely happy with it. I had purchased a few accessories as well and he went above and beyond to get me an appointment the following day to have them installed before the upcoming holiday. I would highly recommend Beaverton Toyota to anybody. There is that long standing stigma of how terrible the car buying experience can be but Beaverton Toyota puts that stigma to rest and instead offers a great, no pressure environment that puts their customer service in a class of its own. The customer that keep coming back In the passed i was going to Valvoline to get my oil change until they told me that i need maintenance done on my truck when i had just had that done. In the passed i was going to Valvoline to get my oil change until they told me that i need maintenance done on my truck when i had just had that done. so I started going to dealership to get my oil changed and when i could get in when I was due to get my oil changed i went back to Valvoline and they loosened the nut that tighten the air intake hose and then said they tighten it up only to experience my engine light to go on when i got to work i had my coworker look at it and he said well the problem it that the nut is loose to the air hose he fixed it and from there on have been going to Beaverton Toyota get all my oil changes done. More
