I was a buyer coming from Alaska and after talking with several in Seattle (I was given the run around about my deal and NOT happy), I was willing to I was a buyer coming from Alaska and after talking with several in Seattle (I was given the run around about my deal and NOT happy), I was willing to branch out to other states near by (Oregon and Idaho). Right from the get go, I was happy to deal with Beaverton Toyota. I was able to locate and find the 2016 Toyota Tacoma in every color option I wanted! The best part of the deal was the fact that they were honest and upfront about everything, specifically the million dollar question, "When will my truck arrive?!?" Every step of the way I was given a temporary VIN and a build date upon deposit. Then once the build happened, I got another build sheet with the true VIN and an estimated arrival date. I am truly happy with Beaverton Toyota and I'd be back in a heartbeat!!! Great job guys! More

Check-in, verification of what is to be serviced, offer of shuttle home and back if we do not want to wait, and the ease of pick-up after the servicing is finished is appreciated. The free car wash coupon is a nice touch. We pay a bit more than we did using the local mechanics, but there is no doubt in my mind the assurance of quality work is worth it. More

When I arrived to pick up my New Toyota Tacoma it was ready and waiting in the delivery area cleaned with a full tank of gas, and all I had to do was sign the paperwork, less than 30 minutes, now that customer service!!!!!! While I waited the Sales Manager James Harding went above and beyond to accommodate me with a sandwich from the deli since I hadn't eaten all day and the deli was even closed, now that is going out of your way for a customer....
