Caring and efficient I brought the Hylander in for a maintenance and mentioned that we had observed a water leakage on the cloth ceiling by the vent in the back. Greg Parker is a fresh direction of an old experience I would like to preface this review with one caveat, I shop, ALOT. Not only for cars, but often I do have to shop for friends and family. Dream car - excellent service! Jessica was fantastic! Wonderful experience buying a new car! I first saw the car on the website. The website was very easy to use. The photos, Jessica was fantastic! Wonderful experience buying a new car! I first saw the car on the website. The website was very easy to use. The photos, descriptions and prices of all the cars available were exactly what I needed. So nice to be able to compare on line without having to go to the lot and forget what I had seen. I had looked at the car several times. Then, Saturday night one of the internet sales reps, Biff reached out and asked if I wanted to chat. He answered my questions, checked to see if the car was still available, and we made an appointment for me to test drive the car the next day. Jessica met me at the dealership the next day. I saw the car as I drove into the lot - it was ready with my name on it! We went for a test drive. Jessica explained all the functions of the car (and helped me set up the phone and some of my destinations). She handled and explained all of the paperwork. No hassles! And then, Jessica helped me get my new car (and my old car) home and followed up with a call the next day to see how everything was going! Thank you so much! More
