We had wonderful service from start to finish with Seth. Seth Crist provided great customer care from beginning to end. He was easy to talk to and answered all our questions. If he didn't know the answer to the question initially, he knew where to find the answer. He seemed quite knowledgeable about the Prius and its features. It was so nice to not have to Negotiate the final price of the car. The new streamlined process of one price is so much better than how car buying used to be. We realize Seth is a relatively new member of your team, but he seems to possess all the qualities of a valued team member of the sales staff. My husband and I think that he has a winning attitude and easy way with people that will guarantee his success and make Toyota proud to have him on their team. More
Dishonest...friendly, but dishonest. I drove over 30 minutes to go to Beaverton Toyota based on bad experiences I had at Royal Moore Toyota. The Beaverton facility is much nicer and high I drove over 30 minutes to go to Beaverton Toyota based on bad experiences I had at Royal Moore Toyota. The Beaverton facility is much nicer and high tech and the people are extremely friendly. But they are just as dishonest as their friends at Royal Moore. Both locations charged me for services that were not performed. They tried to cover it up by saying that policies happened to change on the very same day I brought my vehicle in. Policy change or not, the services that were discussed, at length, in person with the service representative were not performed, however they ended up as line items on my bill. The process for getting a refund is a joke (I have still not received a refund) as I have been sent from person to person, including their manager that, for some reason, does not have the ability to process the refund. More

In the waiting room, sitting next to the TV with Fox News conflating ISIS with all Muslims, and spewing hate against Muslims and Arabs, was equally unpleasant. I didn't complain about it during the service, but the bad feeling has stayed with me, so I need to share it here. As a progressive and as a born Christian, converted to Islam, I feel strongly enough about this, which is getting really bad and is encouraging hate crimes around the country, that I am considering seeking service elsewhere if Fox News is standard fare here (Perhaps a customer requested it this time, and Fox News isn't normally on?). More

From start to finish I had a wonderful experience at Beaverton Toyota! They were even able to quote me an amazing deal as a first time buyer (10x better than Toyota on Broadway). I really felt cared for and appreciated their honesty and respect. That was very important to me.
