Certified Pre-Owned Prius This was my first time purchasing a Toyota CPO (certified pre-owned) Prius. We got this one from a dealer in Washington that happened to have the one This was my first time purchasing a Toyota CPO (certified pre-owned) Prius. We got this one from a dealer in Washington that happened to have the one with all features we were looking for. On the drive back, we noticed some shaking at high speeds and couldn't get the Entune system to connect to our smartphones. After making an appointment with Beaverton Toyota, I was able to drop off the Prius and head back to work. Coming back in the afternoon I was disappointed to find out I wouldn't be able to get the car back but Patrice explained they wanted to get authorization from the selling dealership and an expert to work on the entertainment system, so she was nice enough to get into a rental and on my way. The next day results exemplified the awesome work of Beaverton Toyota and their staff. Returning the rental car was quick and painless, and when I got to the service center everything was ready to go! Wheels were balanced and properly inflated. The Entune system was updated, connected and playing Pandora. And the best part, the cost was covered by someone not me! More

Very Good Service I really like Beaverton Toyota. I normally have a really good experience when I bring my car in for service. The people in the service shop are profes I really like Beaverton Toyota. I normally have a really good experience when I bring my car in for service. The people in the service shop are professional and friendly and the service is usually done on time or quicker than they estimate. The only thing I really dislike is that they give you a car wash voucher to get your car washed after service. My Honda dealer used to just wash the car before returning it to me. I like that a lot more than having to do it myself. Actually, I wouldn't mind doing it myself if they had a nice person at the car wash. Every time I go, the guy is incredibly rude, gruff and very unfriendly. Considering this is my last interaction with the dealer before I take my car home, I'd say that's a big fail on the part of Beaverton Toyota. You would think they would want your last interaction to be favorable since that is usually what you remember most. More
