Seth Crist is the best! Walked into Beaverton Toyota knowing that we were interested in the Highlander, Seth greeted us after asking if we needed assistance. We sat down and Walked into Beaverton Toyota knowing that we were interested in the Highlander, Seth greeted us after asking if we needed assistance. We sat down and explained why we wanted the Highlander (because of the third row, we wanted to upgrade from my compact car). He showed us all of the models on hand (via iPad), explained the differences in each. Instead of having us walk around the lot (I use a cane) in the cold and rain, he went and located the one we were interested in and brought it to the front door! It was incredibly nice and accommodating for me. The test drive was phenomenal! (I WANT THIS CAR!!!) When we came back in, he was very kind and not pressuring us at all. We sat and discussed loans and payments and he didn't push or use aggressive tactics. The whole experience that is normally an "ordeal" was a very low-key and pleasant couple hours total (before it has taken HOURS at other places in the past!). Seth also helped my husband transfer all of our belongings to the Highlander and actually helped finish cleaning and detailing the car so we could leave a little quicker. The men detailing the car did a GREAT JOB, I caught one man's name was Raj, even though there were a few others. They were all very nice and smiling, even though it was the end of the day. The offices and guest areas were very clean and there was hot coffee and a water station with ice, so you know someone checks on it to keep it fresh. And there was a coffee-shop style barista in the guest area; it was closed when we were there because of the time, but it was very clean and nice. I felt very welcome and not uncomfortable in any way. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Beaverton Toyota, ESPECIALLY from Seth! More

This is the first time I have been able to shop around for the car I really want rather than rushing to find just what's available. I've had bad experiences with dealerships before, especially when it came to rushing me through paperwork and not being 100% honest on what is covered by extended warranties. My experience this time around was exemplary. George answered any questions we had about the vehicle and the standard/purchased warranties and about the vehicle itself. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, the whole loan/purchasing process and made it painless when it came to trading in my previous vehicle and getting the pre-approved loan information from my bank. It took a tremendous amount of stress out of the equation. I love our new car! More

My service technician also printed off prices for tires and gave me a breakdown of other services that will need to be done soon such as brakes, tires, flushes, etc and offered to do all of the work if I dropped the car off after the holiday.
