Best service visit ever My Rav4 had a knocking sound coming from the engine. The next day I showed up at the Beaverton Toyota service dept without an appt. Dustin took my My Rav4 had a knocking sound coming from the engine. The next day I showed up at the Beaverton Toyota service dept without an appt. Dustin took my info and checked my car in. The courtesy shuttle took me back to my house in the meantime. Dustin called me a few hours later and explained the problem and the estimated cost to fix. My car was ready that afternoon. The courtesy shuttle picked me up and brought me back to Toyota. Car was fixed and was even vacuumed. Kudos Robert More

My only frustrations are that Toyota doesn't have the bed cover available as an accessory so if it's not on the truck, you are out of luck. Also I'm still waiting for the floor mats as the dealer was out of them - they really need to make standard items like that standard. More
