Consistent, efficient, comfortable. As always, Beaverton Toyota's service center is a well oiled machine. They are busy, but still greet you promptly and are very friendly. It's great that they have all the records on my car, easily accessible. The waiting area is big and comfortable with place to work or read or watch TV, also a small cafe to buy beverage or snack. Amazing hospitality and response to customer expectations I recently purchased a Hybrid Camry and requested the dealership to install heated seats. The installation product unfortunately did not stand out to I recently purchased a Hybrid Camry and requested the dealership to install heated seats. The installation product unfortunately did not stand out to my expectation based on what I thought it to be like during the test drive sessions. I brought this issue up to the service manager Andrew's attention and he was very kind in understanding my situation and explaining to me the reason for the miscommunication. At the end of our discussion, he offered me a new Camry and agreed to buy back the old-new car with no cost to me; I was certainly humbled by his customer friendly attitude. Peter, who was my car seller and extremely knowledgeable about the product he was selling, was also very hospitable and helped settle the new deal alongside Andrew. I will certainly recommend this place to my friends and purchase my next Toyota from this dealership! In fact, I am ready to pay some extra $$ to this place for the excellent service it provides. Thank You again Andrew and Peter, you guys are doing an amazing job!!! More
