There were no hidden costs, no "I need to talk to my manager," none of that nonsense. The sales people were friendly, and apparently you get free snacks and coffee when you're buying a car. While I had to endure a side trip to the other dealership so she could make finally make up her mind completely (it is next to impossible to get a girl to buy the first thing they see...trust me...as a father of five daughters), it was worth it for her to see the contrast in dealership cultures, and personal professionalism. I simply can't tell you enough, how refreshing this new style of buying/selling is, to someone who lived and worked around the "cowboy days" of the auto industry.
