I was so glad they kept the car over the weekend so the minor paint repairs could be done well and correctly. It was a pleasant car buying experience. We have the Prius scheduled at 5 and 10,000 mile intervals for oil changes and inspections. They do an extremely efficient job of scheduling and being prompt and getting one in and out in an hour for routine service. Recently, we've needed a repair to the hatchback door and I have been impressed at how they've gone about the repairs. I must say that I don't have any sense that they're trying to upsell unused repairs or parts. Their goal seems to be to keep the car in top service at a reasonable cost to the owners and we really appreciate this professional approach. More

The place offered free GOOD coffee and a decent sandwich for a good price. There were magazines to read, tv to watch and free wifi. Noting the staff's interactions with customers and with each other--very positive and friendly. A pleasant experience. I am looking at replacing my vehicle and will definitely come here to buy. More

I felt mislead :/ I asked for a quote to see how much my mirror would cost to repair. $685!! I was given a list that had uneccessary expenses on it and they said that something wouldn't go back on. I am no maechanic but I was able to pop it back on in second...and avoid another $65 part! I am interested to see how different the quote will be from my regular mechanic. Unfortunately I really feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Hopefully that won't happen again. More

But, it didn't happen. It was a totally positive experience. The salesman, Richard Kim, didn't make any promises he couldn't keep. He didn't push me. He wasn't fake. He told me right at the start that his goal was 100% customer satisfaction. I drove home with the car I wanted and a deal I'm happy with. To top it all off, Mr. Kim was the only person I dealt with at the dealership from start to finish. More

My credit score of under 600 with a fairly substantial down payment of $3,000 got me a lot more than I could have EVER hoped for! I was thinking I was going to lower my payments on an inexpensive used car with a large down payment, but a NEW CAR?! Thanks to Beaverton Toyota I have my very first brand new car! Thanks guys!
