While our sales representative, Seth Crist, was the epitome of excellent customer service and good salesmanship, our brief encounter with the Sales Ma While our sales representative, Seth Crist, was the epitome of excellent customer service and good salesmanship, our brief encounter with the Sales Manager Danny Lucero was extremely negative and will take some effort to forget. As a brief explanation of the encounter: Although we were paying $26,000 cash for the vehicle we were purchasing, we were asked to fill out SOME information (name, address, phone and a reference) on a form with the title "Credit Application." As we did not require any credit, we wished to have further clarification about this requirement. Mr. Lucero approached our table in order to offer a curt explanation that reeked of annoyance about having been questioned about this part of the sales closure (It was something reminiscent of the "old days" when the decision making managers were hidden in back offices and just came out to play 'good cop bad cop'.) We definitely felt more like a transaction to be closed without interruption versus second time buyers at this dealership with potential references and lots of access to social media. In conclustion, for all of you who did and do such an outstanding job at Beaverton Toyota (right down to the service employee Fredericko, the door greeter, the receptionists, Sean Murtagh and of course Seth Crist), keep up the great work! More

Service appt. My service adviser was Josh Nelson. Friendly, professional, provided me will all the information I needed about my appt. The only two things that I didn't like when I went to retrieve my car at then end was that my driver side place mat was put on my back seats instead of anywhere else on the floor in the vehicle. Competent, Courteous Brian enabled me to get my driver door handle replaced within one day, and to trouble-shoot why my sliding door was faulty. He was able to fit me in without a formal appointment, and have my vehicle fixed earlier than originally expected. Shuttle driver Gary made sure that I could get to work in Tigard on time for a full day work, and got me back to the dealership before closing time to pay for the service and have use of my Sienna. Late Evening Purchase - Quick and Simple Came into the dealer around 7:30 PM and after the test drive started financing around 8 PM. Jessica very quickly explained all part of the financing and worked with our mistakes in not being ready with some info we had to dig up. She also completed the paperwork in smaller stages so that we did not sit for very long in between each piece. Very quick in turn around with it being so late in the evening - impressed with the work Jessica did as well as the support she was provided by the rest of her team (very quick estimation and very reasonable trade in value). This was by far the best new car buying experience I have ever had. More
