Initially they wanted to charge for me for the diagnostic but I came back with the fault c Came into the shop with an intermittent check engine light. Initially they wanted to charge for me for the diagnostic but I came back with the fault code (which I got free at autozone) because the car is still under the emissions warranty. It turns out the issue was not covered by the warranty but it was a relatively painless fix. Dennis in the service department helped both times and was friendly. Had to push to get them to look at it without an up-front charge on the second visit but they were nice about it. My only real complaint is that you pretty much have to have an appointment to get in and they are hard to come by within a reasonable period. More

My Camry is 12 years old and continues to get 33 to 35 MPG highway and 25 to 27 MPG in town. I attribute this to excellent service work. In addition, when I bought the car, free lifetime oil changes were part of the deal, and Beaverton Toyota faithfully continues to honor this. I'm always treated with kindness and respect, which speaks volumes about employees. I'll never shop for a car or have service done anywhere else. More
