Celso at Beaverton Toyota is the man to see!!! Celso is amazing!! He truly knows it all! Anything you can think to ask and he can tell you right away! Hybrid Battery Inverter went bad and they fixed it I had my 2010 Prius start acting up on me a few weeks ago. the next morning I took it to Beaverton Toyota. Brian helped me out. He was great. I did not feel like he was trying to sell me things i did not need but he did give me options for things that I might want taken care of along with the repair. I was initially told that the work might take three days but I got a cal that evening that he thought he could get me my car the next day. Because the repair was covered by my warranty I also had my rental car through Beaverton Toyota Rentals covered at no cost. I have always been hesitant to go to a dealership because I have had experience before with being charged a prime rate for things that a regular repair shop would do for half the price. That was not my experience here. I have done most of my oil changes at Jiffy Lube or similar service centers and because of price and convenience but the price for my oil change (I needed one soon anyway) was about the same at the dealership. Buying a new Truck I came in to Beaverton Toyota to buy a truck, and the website was not updated so the truck I wanted to buy was not available, even though it was still I came in to Beaverton Toyota to buy a truck, and the website was not updated so the truck I wanted to buy was not available, even though it was still showing on the website. Then we were told the truck was going to into the shop by a certain date, and that was not actually accurate. After, all said and done Ahree managed the situation with grace. She was honest with me and made it comfortable. She knew that the experience was important to me, as buying a brand new car is a big deal. Main thing is I left with a new truck, and its lovely. More

This is the 2nd time since buying my 4Runner last August, that I've been for service. The first was to install some dealer addons and the 2nd was to perform my 5k service, as well as install a lift on my truck. The moment I arrived, I was immediately greeted by a service advisor, my information taken and within a few minutes, I was on my way to work via the BT shuttle. Later that day, I received a call from Rick Hernandez that they were delayed due to a technical issue with my lift. This was not the service department's fault, but due to waiting for a response from the lift manufacturer. That they took the time to make sure that they had everything they needed before installing the lift, gives me great confidence in the BT service department and especially Rick. Since my truck now wasn't going to be ready until the following day, Rick arranged a loaner through the rental department. I wasn't expecting my truck to be ready until the following afternoon. To my surprise, Rick called me at 9am the next morning indicating that my truck was already finished and ready for pickup. The service tech working on my 4Runner had stayed late to complete the work! My truck drives great, after the lift, the alignment is perfect and I truly appreciate Beaverton Toyota's service department and Rick, personally, for going the extra mile for me.
