No of the slowest oil changes ever Long wait. Watched them pull my rig up and park it, then i waited another 15 min. , then walked out to get it and was blocked in by another rig that Long wait. Paperwork done in advance, walked in and reviewed the contract, signed and drove away happy. My sales consultant was very thorough in answering my questions over the span of two days. When It came time to review the contract I understood everything I was getting and the terms of the deal which were discussed in detail ahead of time. Overall had the best car purchase experience to date. More

We called ahead to set an appointment with a sales representative, rather than just dropping in and taking our chances with whoever was up next. Our salesman Eric Mitchell was personable and knew the products well. We liked the low pressure attitude at the dealership. Sure, they have add-ons they would like to sell, but it was presented low key. We dealt only with Eric through the process. Our only criticisms: As this store was very busy it took too much time to complete this cash sale. We had made our selection within about an hour, but spent about 3-1/2 hours at the store. Paperwork took too long to do for this simple transaction. Then when ready to leave, I discovered that the car had not been fueled up, as promised. That glitch was quickly corrected by Eric. Overall the experience was as good as it gets in the real world of car buying. More
