Great customer experience Recently brought my truck in for an unexpected service, experienced limp mode and check engine and track off light were both on, so we drove straight Recently brought my truck in for an unexpected service, experienced limp mode and check engine and track off light were both on, so we drove straight to Beaverton Toyota Service Center. We didn't have an appointment but took a chance that they'll be able to fill us in. We had to wait for a little bit (less than 10 minutes) while they attended to those with appointments. Spoke to Brian Spears and explained our problem, he told us that we would have to leave the truck there and was upfront when he told us that depending on what was wrong with the truck, it's more likely that it will take more than a day to fix the problem since they were backed up. We had extended warranty and was hoping that the expense will be covered. He assured us that so long as the problem was not of our causing, we will be covered by our extended warranty. We had to take a loaner and was expecting to be without our truck for at least 2 days when we got a phone call the following day to tell us that our truck was ready for pick up. Luckily they had the part that needed replacing and the best part is we didn't have to pay for anything! More

I didn't feel pressured to get the repair or get a lot of other repairs made. He also informed me that my recent alignment was faulty, so I got the repair shop that had performed the alignment to redo it for free. I wouldn't have known it was faulty otherwise, at least not that early. I also appreciate the excellent customer service I received at the dealership a few weeks earlier, when I needed the rear seats removed (one was stuck) and switched (they were in the wrong places) on a busy Saturday morning. I was on my way out of town, and the service department took care of my predicament quickly and cheerfully. That's the kind of service that will keep me coming back and recommending this dealership. More

Our sales rep was Peter Fenton. Peter was a great help in aiding us focusing on what we wanted in a new auto. Peter showed us what was available on the lot and explained what options were on the cars we looked at. He carefully explained the paperwork he asked us to sign and told us the time it would take to receive our registration and plates. His followup communications with us were prompt and helpful in answering questions.
